Shipping Information

All of our products are custom and made to order. This means that after you place an order, we usually take about 2-7 business days to first create your items. After production, most products usually take 3-5 business days to be delivered within the USA. Therefore, you can expect your order to be delivered by about 2 weeks after you've placed it.

Stickers are shipped from our partner in Europe and may take anywhere from 12-27 business days to be delivered to the USA. 

If you have more than one type of product in a single order (for example, a t-shirt and a pillow), you may receive your order in two separate packages. This is to ensure we deliver each item in your order as fast as possible. If you've ordered multiple types of products and have only received some of your items, feel free to reach out to us and we'll check on the status of your other items. Rest assured, we'll ensure that you receive everything you have ordered.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise that was purchased on our website. All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase to be eligible for a refund. The original shipping and handling costs associated with an order are not eligible for refund. A return will be processed once your order has been received and its condition has been deemed to be in accordance with our policy. 

Shipping of Returns & Exchanges: 

Customers are responsible for shipping their items back to Chatham Ivy. We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you. Please ship your order to:
